I take it Rock isn't wrestling at Mania... I don't see the point of announcing he'll be there. Tune in to watch the Rock cut a promo about the amount of people in attendance. Rock v Austin one more time is more like it.

If the rock is only gonna be there to cut a promo, he shouldn't be there as he already did that at mania 30 with austin and hogan and he had rouseylast year.

But I have a feeling that his apperance will lead to a match against either hhh or lesnar at summerslam or next years mania.

But if it's only a promo which leads to nothing just stay at the movie set

Announcing it now just reeks of being a 'putting butts in the seats' move, but tickets went on sale a month ago so I'd suspect it's already sold out?? It's almost certainly just a promo, maybe he's the host again, maybe he's in Roman's corner for a match vs HHH. But supposedly he's filming the Baywatch movie in the run-up so he won't be on RAW constantly unless he has his handy-dandy via satellite on the set with him.

Drink more beer, Happy New Year. I don't drink much but beer rhymes with year and I wanted to break the conventional Happy mold unlike WWE. Even my greeting is now relevant to the thread topic. Yes, maybe I sound drunk, moving on...

Did anybody expect Rock not to show up at Mania 32? I was a bit deflated at the announcement as it's unnecessary and better as a surprise. Like when he showed up at that House Show and everybody went nuts, now we're all waiting for his music to hit and who cares then.

Frankly I expect they are going to bring every HOF/Legend they like that they can to the show. They have to crank up the nostalgic presence, since they rely so heavily on it as nobody is over and injuries out the ass, to fill up the stadium and then they can provide a fat bogus attendance number so they can brag the rest of the year about their made up record.

Now for a B0tch watch, good one IMO. Dailym0tion version as YT version is always, well, botched.

That's a tough one, since I haven't been watching WWE as regularly as I used to, but I did see the majority of these and there are some good ones. I think I agree with your top 3.

I'd also add the Emma vs. Asuka match, Roman Reigns vs. Bray Wyatt at Hell in a Cell, and the tag team Elimination Chamber match.

I only saw the last half of Raw, so thankfully I missed the Vince getting arrested angle, which sounded terrible. But I did see the part with Big Show coming out to beat everyone up. I noticed Zack Ryder and Heath Slater each got huge pops. It's funny how the jobbers are more over than most others on the roster.

It's really sad they are considered jobbers. Ryder has audience participation which always usually works, a catchphrase and has a certain energy to him with that goofy smile he does and his mannerisms. Slater is entertaining because he's loud, obnoxious and thinks he can sing. I cheer for them as well. Throw Sandow in there as well if we'll ever see him again. The current crop they keep throwing out there every week, with the exception of the New Day, are so generically tiring. Miz has a few bright moments but he's lost it with crap feuds.

This won't be popular but I have to say for me even New Day are falling a peg or two. I still look forward to seeing them every week but it feels like it's losing or missing something that I can't quite figure out. I think what it is is that their promos are feeling really random then all of a sudden out of nowhere they go into BECAUSE...! New Day Rocks...! and I'm left wondering what I just watched but who cares it's better than this other shit.

I don't really consider Ryder and Slater jobbers, they'd have to be in matches for that. Lump Axel and Sandow in there now as well. Hopefully they get used in house shows otherwise they're all good examples of inefficient usage of WWE resources.

I'd put the New Day slipping down to fatigue, they're great but when it's two promos a week every week it catches up to people, us and them.
