Got a Name. Guy is currently on the run from 3-4 different court cases that he has constantly jumped bail on. Already done 8.5yrs for nearly killing a guy with a knife in the street and a further 3 charges of robbing pensioners for which he received 3.5 years. He is 37 yrs old and has already done 12 yrs in jail. I knew his Dad at school..... he was a fuckin piece of shit as well. Time to move house, sharpish.

He can't stay on the run forever: hope he is caught as soon as possible.

In the meantime, take all legal steps to ensure your own safety, though it may well be possible that he has moved out of your area in order to avoid capture - so you should be OK.

I can understand what you mean about being happy to get him out the door. We all like to think we would be Charles Bronson in such a situation, but the truth is that is a very harrowing position to be in, and none of us can say for sure how we would react when confronted by such a threat. You seem like a good dude who would rather not hurt anyone and it sounds like you handled the situation admirably.

I'm so glad they now know who it is and hopefully he will soon be off the streets and you can have some closure. Plus, when he is arrested, maybe the cops will let you do this:

I felt this post in my bones.

I take non-emergency medical transportation to a mental health appointment and the driver last week had me fuming. When he picked me up I was on-time until he decided to sit with his thumb up his ass in order to write and send a text attaching a religious song to it.

Then spent the next three to five minutes whining about not knowing the singer/song title and being distracted listening to it over.

That's not even the worst part; the worst part is that while driving at excessive speeds and about to merge into an exit he decided it was the best time for a snack; a banana and very nearly collided with a pick-up truck and for an instant I was sure I was going to die.

If anyone wants to be a religious nutbar that's fine, that's your business, it's when you're a reckless dipshit driver that's a problem.

Oh and I was late though I'd rather arrive late than be fucking dead!

Well on the track of this dumb fucks arse. Shop cameras have got him as have street cameras. He has been far more violent in other cases so, in that regard I'm lucky.

I'm not moving house, fuck him! I will camera and alarm the shit out of it though.
