Quake HD and WWE 2k23
I havent liked wrestling since around 2009; but I felt like playing a newer wrestling game and there are enough ''Legends'' to cater to someone who has no clue who all these new non wrestler looking kids are. I recently beat Hogwarts Legacy, and thought it was great. |

Speaking of Diablo IV the 'always online' is exactly why I haven't boarded the hype train; I'm not a fan of the 'games as a service' model. And even though Diablo III gets shit on for it's cartoonish look at least no one has to worry about never being able to play it again if the servers go offline. I'm currently playing Dead Island: Riptide Definitive Edition (PS4) in preparation for Dead Island 2! It does feel that it's harder and glitchier than I remember it on the Xbox 360 though.

Currently in a retro mood so playing Lost Odyssey which I haven't played since 2008ish, and Max Payne.
Recently finished Hogwarts Legacy, which I thought was pretty great, but wanted something different to play as a follow up. |

Playing Dead Island 2 on the PS4 and it's surprisingly stable and fun though much harder than I would've liked though there's no penalty for death and feels that it's going to be about as difficult as Dead Island Riptide's Definitive Edition. The combat and the gore are the best parts!

Sooo...I got a PS5 after 3 years of waiting, not sure what to say about it...but I would still suggest waiting until September when the Slim releases for 350. Youre not missing much...the ps store is streamlined but largely the same as ps4 same games, the only difference is there are ps5 versions on there and ps5 only versions on there, you can also wishlist games to see if they go on sale and they send you a notification when that happens...the 3d audio iws just a setting in the sound settings there is no such thing as "3D audio headphones: you just plug your phones intot the controller. there are no wallpapers or themes...and though ray tracing @ 60fps IS awesome, its just a suped-up PS4.5 basically w/ newer games...the hardest thing is populating it w/ new games (@ least for me) i got 3 and will have 3 more next month...I DO LIKE IT more than 4...it cost me about 1000 to get the system and games...that hurts

some youtube/twich moron promised to give out a free ps5 and 10,000 people showed up causing a riot..welcome to new york! also I should say that the 1000 dollars was for a 4k tv (was tired of my old 16 tv w/ a broken remote) and the system and a few on sale games) it plays fine in 1080 as well I some times hook it to an old computer moniter |

Just finished Outer Worlds and absolutely loved it. It's made by the same team that made Fallout: New Vegas, which is one of my all time favorite games. I loved Outer Worlds so much, that I even purchased the two DLC's that were made for it, because I wasn't quite ready to leave the Halycon Colony. Really had a fun time with this one.
Before that, I played Wolfenstein YoungBlood and really enjoyed that one as well. In fact, I think it may be my favorite of all the Wolfenstein games. I'm now currently playing Far Cry 6 and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. It seems a lot more difficult than past Far Cry games and I even had to lower the difficulty setting, lol. It's taken a while, but I'm finally starting to get into it. Far Cry 5 is probably my favorite, and so far this one doesn't seem to be as good as that. |
