Unfortunately, most of the time is is their agent/handler who conjures up their stage name.

As a result, many porn starlets have some really stupid names.

This gets even worse when they go from agent to agent and they end up with dozens of names.

I am astonished at how some of these beautiful and talented girls are made to dilute their awesome work by appearing under a different name every time they put in a performance.

The whole agent thing in general seems a bit shit to me. These girls are all old enough to take care of themselves and make their own decisions, you'd think. Maybe one for booking purposes, but not for personal choices.

Most professional performers (mainstream or porn) have an agent that is supposed to take care of their interests.

This is only a problem when the agent is useless or if they are ripping off their clients.

I guess that's a consequence in the fact that many terrible people are drawn to the sex industry. Shallow cunts who think only of themselves, and aren't shy of fucking over anyone else. There's still a noticeable lack of respect in the field, especially towards the female workers. It's a shame, but it is what it is I guess. It's slowly improving.

It's just so annoying to see so many immoral, prickish people about. Ruining it for everyone else.
