I personally wouldn't go into an MMA thread with fresh posts the day after a PPV, just me.

Silva is pretty clearly the GOAT now I'd say. GSP is like the guy who does all the things other fighters do the best, The Spider does things other people couldn't even conceive of.

(Oh and GSP plays too safe for my money. Taking Dan Hardy to a decision? Come on man.)

I pretty much agree. Georges St. Pierre excels with his level of technique and willingness to improve as an open-minded athlete/fighter. Anderson Silva continues to deliver unorthodox striking and exceptional body movement.

Unfortunately, we probably won't see GSP fighting more agressively than he needs to. Presumably getting the "win" is more important than anything now. Really wanted to see him fight Nick Diaz because he's one fighter that's capable of maintaining a crazy pace. Oh well, maybe another card in the future.

I personally wouldn't care if a Silva vs. St. Pierre fight never materialises as there's obviously a size difference. If the UFC sets up that fight, of course, I'd be happy to watch it but there are plenty of matchups out there that are similarly interesting and more likely to happen.

Just watched the Jones vs Rampage fight

Wow, just wow. Jones is amazing . This was the first time I've seen him because I don't normally watch UFC. Looks like he has it all.

Will watch the Jones vs Evans fight for sure.
