Seriously though, I still don't get all the anger towards Cena. He put Owens over completely clean, without a hint of any controversy. He had no injuries, made no mistakes, and there were no excuses. He just got beat. He put over a younger talent as clearly as you could ever imagine.

Then tonight, Owens the heel comes out airing personal grievances, and Cena the face points out flaws in his logic. Both strongly adhere to their beliefs and it keeps this feud going. And like it or not, kids do indeed love Cena, so it brings in some realism to the feud. In my mind it makes it more interesting than just, "I want that belt."

Owens/Cena is shaping to be a good feud; I think it definitely helps that Owens is a plus on the mic and can give Cena something to retort to.

I wanted to slap JBL for how many times he mentioned 'virtually assures of becoming WWE champion' during that first match.

And the Twin Magic is back, oh boy. At least they had Nikki/the fake tits in the ring first so it didn't seem like some tits magically showed up on Brie and I'll give some credit for Brie having padding, a similar outfit and her tips dyed. It was enough with a small package to fool the ref, which is the only one they need to fool in the end. Still makes absolutely NO sense to use it now though as it muddles which end of the face/heel scale the Bellas and Paige are at. Having random flipping can work but not when it's 3 of the most prominent women in the division.

I'm happy for that girl I really am if she's doing well cause cancer is no joke obviously but I really really wanted Cena to just cut a promo saying Owens is the better man... and he didn't do it. Instead he put Owens character down and said he didn't deserve a title he won on his own. Like I literally felt really sick for about 30 minutes after his promo.. cause I know people who had or have cancer. Using a girl with cancer to get himself over dude.. has nothing to do with his feud or the match last night. His beliefs and what his character stands for is why I can't stand him. Everything that is wrong with this guy was seen in that promo. 100% Justin Roberts said it best
