While it often does, getting a boob job doesn't always mean getting stupidly large breasts. I don't think they look good, but size compared to the body is not why Asa Akira's or Elsa Jean's fake boobs look bad.

I think especially smaller implants often look very unnatural. Because they mostly give a very strange shape. Ava Addams are huge but they look good (IMO) because they have a certain saggy shape. With many skinny girls, one rather has the impression that they were stung by a bee and suffer from an allegric reaction.

If a girl has practically zero fat tissue in that region, then it will be difficult for the surgeon.
