I'm in! Both girls excellent vocals. And that little gal played the varnish off that guitar! I will examine these bands more closely.
Only song I know from Garbage is a bond theme. Never heard of Screaming Females, but she has a nice voice. |

^You might also want to check out Angelfish which was Shirley Manson's, of Garbage, first band.
I only know a few covers that were actually better than the original. I know many others that do justice to the cover song though. Another one of my favorite covers. |

In another rare case of Better than Elvis, Dolly Parton released a version of In the Ghetto that is even more haunting than the Elvis version. If you can find it, give it a listen.

Coil did a version of Who By Fire by Leonard Cohen back in the 80's. This was actually how I first heard a Cohen song even though I didn't know it was a cover at the time. The Coil album was Horse Rotorvator. There is some excellent falsetto voice layering and other sounds that distinguish it from the original.
Definitely worth a good listen!
