![]() pepo hasn't dl'd anything from FJ in more than a week. But for the last 3 days i have tried to dl a few files & each time i get the message: "Wait 1 day and 8 hours and 3 minutes and 52 seconds to download for free. Buy Premium Account and download now!"
that 1d8hr3m52s hasn't changed a bit in three days. Is FJ frozen in time? i have cleared history, cookies, etc. Restarted PC... nothing helps. .

All you can do is wait it out. The longest timeout I've been on lasted for a month. |

![]() I would genuinely like to know if anyone has been able to download anything successfully as FREE user from either of Rapidgator or Filejoker since 3 February?
I have tried everything I know how to do short of changing ISP. I have power cycled everything, swapped cables, plugged in, replugged everything, swapped DNS servers, swapped browsers, swapped IP addresses via VPN from servers in every country in the world, I have tried different days, times of day, used different computers, I've literally run out of things to try. Nothing from FJ or RG will download to completion successfully for over a month now. Is this just me? Am I the lucky one? |

At first, I was thinking you were on some kind of "time out" as another poster mentioned. But you went above, beyond and beyond beyond thus I must conclude you are the lucky one esp considering FJ and RG have no relationship (correct me if I am mistaken). |

![]() Just in case this nugget of info helps anyone else, I have finally got to the bottom of my problems downloading today. A month ago on approx 3 Feb, my ISP took it upon themselves to throw everyone of their customers under a bus in complete contravention of all their customer service agreements, and switched them all to CG-NAT connected services from the previous NAT IPv4 ones. They did this with no warning and no customer consultation whatsoever. They didn't even send out a follow-up email to advise their customers they had made this change.

The end result doing this meant no connection to anything at all would remain stable and undisturbed for more than about 1hr before it would be crippled for a minute or so by one of the other customers sharing the same provider IPv4 address I was on. This obviously disrupts anything p2p-wise, everything gaming-server based, it disrupts streaming video services, it plays havoc with VPNs and it obviously craps out non-resumable long-term downloading from the likes of FJ and RG too. To be clear, I know what CG-NAT is, I know I don't want it, and I made it a very clear condition before even signing up with this ISP that I would need a written iron-clad guarantee that I would never be subject to a CG-NAT connection. I still have that in writing in fact. In perfect alignment with customer service ala 2025 though, they completely ignored all that and just went ahead and switched all their customers anyway and then just waited for the complaints to roll in. Their customer service told me, the day after they made the switch, their call centre had 200 people waiting in the queue ringing up. They admitted there were probably a lot more than that, but 200 is the maximum call queue length their answering system can cope with before calls are just blanket rejected. Edit: Just as an added bonus too, when you can get a CG-NAT connection to work, it cripples the best download speed you can get, by I reckon at least 20%, no doubt because you're effectively sharing an IP address through a ISP LAN-network before you even get to the open internet proper. So yeah, if your router IP address to your ISP begins 100.xxx.xx etc. then do question whether you're on CG-NAT before you blame FJ or RG for all your failed downloads. |

![]() Happy to confirm that if you can get an ISP that won't screw you over by forcing you into CG-NAT without telling you about it; won't force you into IPv6 as the 'solution' to them screwing you over with CG-NAT; and who eventually relents enough to give you a static IPv4 address… then, and only then, does FJ + RG actually work as advertised.
