Just finished season 4 of Black Sails which is as far as the series went. Rather anticlimactic ending imo.

Anyway it leads up to Treasure Island. It was somewhat interesting but I'm jaded using Outlander as the bar.

My biggest complaint is that again there was no truly interesting love story sub plots of any consequence to endear one to the characters, which made the entire thing a bit humdrum.

That said I had a very fruitful conversation yesterday with Hannah New who played Eleanor Guthrie in the series. She was very receptive to an offer sent her way in regard to an upcoming project for which I sold the rights to IOM Studios...

The Nevers part 1 finale was a little bit of a head scratcher in the first few minutes but is well worth the time to watch.

My girl Laura Donnelly who plays Amalia True never disappoints. We were scheduled to meet last month in Scotland on the set of our film...

My other hotty friend Claudia Black who played Stripe in the finale was just as fun to watch and still gorgeous.

underground railroad (full series dropped last fri) is a masterpiece. the only negative comment i've seen so far is that is it "horrifying". i would also expect the word "exhausting" to come up a lot.

makes u yearn for some light, fluffy fare...like ROOTS or SCHINDLER'S LIST....

certain to win every award on the planet. this is a real gem.

The Friends Reunion goes May 27th but they will be appearing as themselves and not their characters.

Don't know about anyone else but I don't give a rat's ass how they are doing personally, their characters yes.

and whatever happened to talk of a MOVIE????

"where are they now" chat show does not interest me...even if it's interspersed (as i suspect) with a zillion clips/outtakes/never-before-seen scenes. unless...are they about to announce a REBOOT perhaps? matt leblanc's last sitcom (much BETTER than friends, btw!) was cancelled last year, so they're all available now, i imagine. haven't seen any of the others in 20 years.

remember when aniston was the "it" girl?! lol. gives new meaning to the term "short-lived"....
