I'm a free user. After I put in the captcha the clock runs down from 30, then it reloads the page with the message "It seems this file is open in another window" at the top. I have an adblocker, but I shut it off and restarted. That didn't work. Then I tried a different browser. That didn't work either. I don't have anything else downloading or other pages open. Anyone else having this issue?

I have a premium account at Keep2Share and I've registered + confirmed my account in JDownloader 2. However, whenever I'm about to start a new download JDownloader keeps prompting me with captcha's all the time, for each and every file. If I enter the captcha, the download starts with premium DL speed.

What's wrong? I shouldn't receive these annoying captchas when I have a paid for a premium account. Yes, I have tried to restart JDownloader. Yes, I've tried to remove my and then add my K2S account in JDownloader, but nothing seems to work.

We have many official resellers which accept PayPal. (They charge more then normal price, because paypal not allow accept payments for File hosts)
But if you like pay by only by Paypal it is good option.

Every time I try to download with Jdownloader I keep getting temporary unavailable and a 29 minute count down. Why is this?

Also having to enter a captacha every time I open jdownloader is a pain in the ass, especially when I have a premium account.
