I have read (and seen Sarah saying the same thing in a Spanish TV interview) that when she had her breast enhancement operation, it was just putting her back to the size she was before. Apparently she had been seriously ill earlier in her career and lost her then busty figure.

Do you by any chance have any pics from her busty, pre-illness days, that might show her with her original young, fit and healthy figure?

Mind you, I think her post-op figure is absolutely perfect. Wonder if she still has it?

According to 'history', the first photos of Sarah taken for a men's magazine (not a newspaper) were by the nude model turned photographer Joanie Allum; apparently they were taken about a year after Sarah first appeared in a newspaper, and were published in the February 9, 1989, edition of Men Only (Vol. 54, No. 2).

Many thanks for your replies.

I think Sarah got it wrong for once, or maybe she was being coy in front of the Spanish cameras. Her bust is definitely bigger later in her career, and more perfectly formed than in her teenage days.

I think she definitely got better looking as she got older. There is a wisdom and maturity by the time she reached the ripe old age of 26 before heading off. Extrapolating forward to today, she must be mind bogglingly stunning now. At least that's what I like to think. Don't suppose we'll ever find out. Maybe she's flat chested and getting wrinkly.
