Fake tits look best on a "bigger" girl or if you get implants go with a small increase (like Laura Lion or Veronika Zemanova). The really skinny girls that go for "big" implants are not thinking straight. They always look like 2 slabs of concrete on their chest when they do that.

Pretty sure they work best when there's already some cleavage there to begin with. That way the implants just add some extra volume and jiggle

When the girl is flat (Zoe Voss, Amia Miley, etc.) it looks exactly like you described.
