Big Pharma likes to get people addicted to legal/illicit drugs. Then they like to transition and get people hooked on substitutes. And when either your doctor or pharmacist won't give you your drug of choice anymore, even though they already know that you're arleady addicted, you always end up to the very first stage, no matter what.
