Lots of Playmates have been, and are, available. They just don't do it openly. It's called being UTR (Under The Radar), and it's far more common than most people think. Many P@nthouse models are available as well.

Virtually every porn girl also escorts (say like 8-10). Sooner or later these police departments around the world are gonna catch on to this and start busting them. They are getting very brazzen with it with web sites, ads in newspapers and magazines, and appearing at porno conventions.
