They are just 1080p scenes that have been reencoded with a 4K resolutions. Essentially they are just high bitrate versions of 1080p scenes with no quality improvement due to the increased bitrate. For this reason, they have attempted to remove those scenes. Apparently, the scene that you linked to got missed.
