Part of Costa Rica gets the monsoon season while the other part is sunny and then the part that's sunny is cool while the part that was in monsoon season is warm.

I am sorry but I don't buy that story. I have been to Costa Rica 7 times in the past 35 years with the most recent trip in February of this year. It has never been that cheap and it does not matter what part of the country you are in unless you are talking about a trip you made in the 1960's or 1970's. As a matter of fact CR is known as the most expensive mongering destination in Central and South America.

Also, the dry season for most of the country is the same... December to April with the exception of the area around Arenal and the Nicaraguan border.

I´d guess it´s for half a day. 60 dollars per hour is way too low. Standard escort agencies here in Germany charge sth around 10.000€ for a week.
