Whelp I stumbled upon a used Orphan Black blu ray box set, complete series, and I was intrigued so I bought it; now I can't stop watching it!

This is the most intense complicated mystery of a show I have ever seen. Did I say intense, every episode is just insanely edge of my seat drama. I have never watched a show where every episode just keeps twisting and turning with last minute saves to keep the "girls" from being caught coupled with new revelations that put them further in danger of being caught or killed or whatever.

(What I have said about this show has certainly been written in this thread before but I am not going to look for fear of spoilers. Just an outrageously good show!)

I powered through all 5 seasons of Orphan Black, only 10 episodes a season. What a great show. Tatiana Maslany, star of the show, was spectacular! She played so many different versions of her character, all decidedly different from the other, complete with mannerisms and accents etc. She deserved more than one Emmy for her performance.

Started watching Fringe yesterday. While the first season got lukewarm reviews I have found the couple of episodes I have seen to be very good, very enjoyable, unique. As usual I am going to watch from the pilot to the finale.

Seinfeld.
I know it's a classic, but I was too young to appreciate it, when it first aired.

I usually prefer british to american humour, yet Seinfeld and That 70s Show are the only two american sit-coms that actually make me giggle.
My all time favourite series remains Only Fools And Horses

Being mostly focused on slapstick and charm rather than wordplay (like british humour tends to do) I know it can get old fast, therefore I'm not binge watching.
I watch an episode here and there from time to time.
My favourite character, for now, is George.
I love his neutoric personality and constant existential dread.

I remember where and when I first heard about Seinfeld back in 1992. Talking about neurotic, I was in a therapy group.

No shit! And one of the guys in there, a lawyer, talked about the episode, described the plot, of the episode "The Contest." I had never heard of Seinfeld before that and I don't even think I watched immediately after that. But I always remember that was the first I ever heard about Seinfeld. (The lawyer thought it was the funniest show/episode he had ever seen!) It is a pretty good episode, never before seen concept, brilliantly executed, a total classic now. But be sure to watch the finale where George reveals something about "The Contest"

I re-watched Picard, the blu ray just came out. I gotta say I just wasn't that into it. The whole calling Picard JL by Raffi just really grated on me and I just was not into it, at least until the end. The Data bit at the end, won't ruin it, really got to me and just really made me want to go back and re-watch Next Generation. I have a couple blu rays and got the ones I don't have and it's back to the beginning, a simpler Data, for me. I really liked the finale of Next Generation so I am going to work up to it.

I recently watched the British mini-series Adult Material, consisting of 4 episodes of a story set in the UK porn scene.

This is not a titillating show: it takes a hard but fair look at the industry, its producers, and performers.

Rebecca Moore and Danny D were advisors and coaches for the series with Danny having a small speaking part in episode two as journalist, Sam Pike.

I would recommend it to any member who wishes to take a look at the reality of porn, as opposed to the fantasy aspects associated with this medium.
