Social Media; just think how the world was before MySpace, FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. etc. and I'm going to add YouTube plus their ads, pop-ups and default autoplay on.

Windows 10, booted up my computer to do a bit of gaming this morning and it crashed, "Windows has encountered a fatal error and needs to restart."
I'm considering purchasing another high end computer except Technology is also something that pisses me off and I don't have that much luck with it to begin with so ...eh.

I have a vehicle that I took a loan out for a few years ago. I made some less than stellar decisions and I could no longer afford the payments and the vehicle was no longer running. The bank contacted me about the vehicle last year. I gave them the exact location where the car was and was informed that they’d arrange for an agent to pick up vehicle. Well, the vehicle was never picked up and I hadn’t heard anything from them again.

I contacted them recently because I can no longer keep the vehicle where it is. The answer I was given was that picking up and transporting the vehicle would exceed the vehicle’s worth. To me it sounds like they don’t care too much about it, but they couldn’t simply say that.

It’s frustrating.

I'm not a fan either but I somehow enjoy those daddy long leg spiders they just seemed innocent enough and they're so cute. I heard somewhere or read somewhere that their bite is actually venomous it's just not enough to do any damage to a human being...

One thing I do know for certain is that any time I encounter a ladybug it brightens my day.

Be careful hun computers have an uncanny ability to sense fear and they will use that against you LOL. My Investment Company uses proprietary software that we developed our own operating system that Microsoft has been trying to buy for over a decade now. They know that we invented a better mousetrap per se and are either trying to incorporate it or mothball it. As in Olive Branch we provided them with an AI module for their VOX algorithm and that's why there speech to text has become as good as it is. We are not trying to change the world with our operating system currently it's only available to our immediate clients. There is still a $100,000 check available to anyone that can penetrate our 4 firewalls, to date no one has claimed it. Btw our technology is currently incorporated into the Mars Rover overall software as far as its Wi-Fi capability to transmit back to Earth... further to that we just launched our own mobile Wi-Fi carrier service yesterday, in Canada and one of those annoying satellites that everyone seems to hate floating around in space is ours LOL

I find that "obsessed" comment you made interesting, I regularly speak of my William who made me into the woman that I am today that I am forever grateful to him but for me it's a way of me remembering him since his passing more than it is anything else. Everything that I am today is because of him.

What pisses me off is being pissed off, everybody has had those days where nothing goes right and you just become more and more frustrated as the day goes long and all this does is cause you to make rash and impulsive decisions and poor ones at that. As a practice I try to take a person's feelings into consideration when interacting with them and looking to see if something they may be saying or doing is out of character for them and not judging them by that one thing, for they may just be having a bad day as well.

That happens quite regularly lately on social media as well where somebody will jump all over you for a simple comment or statements that you might make that they disagree with, what they should do is go back in your history and see if that's who you are or if that's something that isn't normally something you would say or do before making a decision or making up their mind. That is especially true for people that are charged with maintaining order on a website... I am at administrator on a couple of websites and I find that when I have to ban someone it's a failure on my part for not conditioning them for our environment, I would sooner calmly explain things to them on how things are done here rather than to arbitrarily hit them with the penalty which seems to be so easy for some to do, I'm speaking in general terms and not aiming that at anyone website.

Your comment is interesting in turn because to me remembering/reminiscing about someone who was very dear to you and no longer around is very different from obsessing over someone you see/fuck every day, week or month and it's the latter that pisses me off.

I got really lucky because William was an absolute genius with computers, he built his own computer back in the mid-80s back when they were basically a work in progress as technology was just developing at the time and there wasn't even an internet back then, that didn't come for another decade. He owned a recording studio so technology was in very important to him and he started working on AI technology knowing very early how important it would come to be as the recording World went from analog to digital and zeros and ones were the way of the future. Components of his computer code can still be found in nearly every piece of recording equipment in the world today back when he was learning about it he gave away his knowledge for free and never copyrighted anyting or trademarked it. He even told Microsoft that he would sooner upload his operating system as freeware/shareware onto the internet before selling it to them, and that was after they offered him an obscene amount of money for it. Has compression and dynamic range expansion gear was first used during the recording of "Tears are not Enough", Canada's version of "We are the World" and "Do they know it's Christmas". The rock band RUSH was so impressed with it they used it when re-recording Working Man as a special thank you to all their dedicated and loyal fans. When people used to say to him there should be an app for that he wouldn't just say I know right he would actually go to work and write apps and then just give them away you would upload them onto the internet free for the taking except the odd few that he cashed in big time on, one of the buyers was YouTube before Google bought it. He knew he pretty much had to sell it to them or spend the rest of his life in court because it was an app to circumvent the registration process so that everything was free on YouTube so by buying that app they basically closed the back door. He helped start DragonByte Technologies in 2011, it powers this program among millions of others far more advanced than this website but this old vbulletin template is a workhorse and gets the job done as far as basics because the owner(s) or webmaster update or upgrade this site regularly and keep it well maintained.

He used to bombard me every waking hour of every day with computers this and computers that and recording this and recording that and I used to think it was all just going over my head but to be kind I would say oh really or oh that's nice or isn't that interesting. Then when he passed away suddenly the room went silent and there's nobody left to give me what I thought was useless information everyday but I quickly realized that a lot of it stuck in my brain apparently when I noticed that I could carry on an intelligent conversation with my IT guys so I just kept on learning and learning and learning and bouncing stuff off of them when I was stuck. Now I can write my own apps and computer programs and actually understand how and why they work. Again I can thank William for all of that because I went back to school after the words that came out of his mouth daily and rang in my ears ringing in my ears " a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing never stop learning"

If I may ask, do you have an antivirus program on your device that is current and if so are you using it regularly because it's basically a file manager and it does all the dirty work for you and tells you what's wrong with your system if there's a problem with it and it will correct glitches an other fun stuff because of computer viruses that it finds and gets rid of. Windows 10 has a built-in antivirus system called Defender and it's pretty good. Personally we used a version of Avast on steroids but even the free one is really good these days. And also make sure that all your drivers are current, running your antivirus will let you know which drivers are outdated and it'll ask you if you want to download the most current version available, say yes if it does.

If I can offer you one piece of advice though, defrag your computer regularly, once a week should suffice if you're not using it a lot. Windows 10 also has a built-in Defrag and it will issue a report once it's done letting you know what it is either fixed or what needs to be fixed.

Take an hour or so on Google or YouTube and read up a little bit about rebooting your computer in safe mode. It bypasses the operating system when booting up in case there's a virus in your operating system that you haven't found or gotten rid of yet by running the antivirus or even the defrag. You can program the settings so that it will run automatically at intervals that are most convenient for you the best time is in the middle of the night while you're sleeping cuz sometimes it takes a while.

Or just go out and buy Windows for dummies LOL

I lucked out there as well, my guy is a professional hockey player so he spends half of the season on the road which gives me plenty of quiet time and I appreciate him that much more when he does come home. I do however speak of him periodically in my hockey thread but not to a point where it becomes nauseating, I generalize and my priority is to protect his privacy and that of his team even though the team's management does know of my past in the adult industry...

Stinky is a daddy's girl so when he's gone she pushes me to the brink and tests me at times and she constantly walks around with this look on her face as if to say if dad were here he would let me do it LOL.

Funny story, my investment company owns a Learjet which allows my guy to commute between Calgary and Edmonton more regularly than normal. One night as we are going to the airport so he could catch a flight down to Calgary we took stinky with us and without realizing it she somehow got onto the plane but I didn't notice it and went home without her. I hadn't even realize she was gone when the phone rang and it was my guy telling me "excuse me are you missing something", he then said or "should I take Stinky with me on our next road trip". I clued in really quickly at that point but she is no stranger to being on the ice and locker room during the team's practices usually chasing pucks around once the guys are winding down and just having more a little bit of fun than a hard workout
