I have a hard time taking Hugh Laurie seriously in anything but House.

I switched off my cable last week and am watching only movies for the next while. I have over 1000 to start with so if the world is coming to an end I will be the last to know lol

I take the news too seriously and it wasn't helping my recovery seeing that cunt Trump plastered all over the screen.

It's the same feeling I get reading Doc's name on this site.

Profit is on now, on Sundays. Jim Profit (late -90s). Next to Twin Peaks the only really original show from the US in a good while. The other would be Dallas, yes I mean it.

The Outsider (Stephen King)

Finally had time to watch the episodes that I have taped today (5, with a 6th broadcasting tonight; 10 total in the series).

Really enjoyable murder mystery/ supernatural detective series.

This series is intense, slow, smoldering, bizarre (supernatural) with sudden unexpected "crap". A lot of pieces all over the place, slowly coming together.

The Simpsons. Good episode. Makes fun of big movie franchises like Marvel Cinematic Universe with its never ending sequels, their crazed fans, movie spoilers and the tons of $ they make.

High Fidelity

Based on Nick Hornby's celebrated novel (which was made into an excellent movie back in 2000, starring John Cusack and Jack Black), features a female (Zoë Kravitz (daughter of Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet who happened to appear in the 2000 film version), as the lead character.

Well produced, and well acted: I recommend this TV series.

Binge-watched Curb Your Enthusiasm 1-9 Part of 10. I love comedies, this show made me happyhappyhappy!!! Can't believe it's been on for so long, and i just decided to watch it about a month ago.
