I think a lot or most people have some idea about Triple H losing then doing something dastardly. I just don't see him losing then going home. I don't like ideas about Tripper making himself a special ref.

Stephanie has been such a wonderful witch recently. I've said a billion times that I've never been a fan, but she has been so good that she needs to be put in line. who better to do that than pops? I know, I know, rumors about Vince are always going about. I have this feeling because it is 30 and all, we might just see the godfather ( not that one) and he puts his foot down. he doesn't help Bryan win or anything, but he just makes sure he gets a fair deal.

The sore loser temper tantrum from HHH sounds about right, everything else sounds too much and circles the simple need of getting Bryan in the match. I could see Vince appearing to introduce the show, he gets a round of applause, but that's it. All this speculation about Vince being part of HHH and Bryan's business dates back to Summerslam and it has yet to happen. So if it didn't happen then, why happen now? The focus is HHH and Bryan, Randall and Dave are bit players, Steph too, everyone else would just be mooching off this hot product. Hogan for example, too late. Vince, too late. When the show ends, it's better to talk about Daniel Bryan winning the WWE title through his own heart and determination, not because Vince saved him and overruled Hunter. That just creates an angle out of the blocks, when Wrestlemania should be the end.

Then again, to remove apprehension people in the back might have about giving Bryan the title, they could shove some names into this like Hogan or Vince, but nobody outside the current bubble should waltz in.

One idea, Hunter destroys Bryan after losing, Randall and Dave wrestle for a couple of minutes, cut to Daniel Bryan attempting to make an entrance from backstage. Steph halts him, HHH clubs him from behind. He gets into the the match, abuse of power and inserts himself into the match. Bryan ends up making it after a 5 minute sell job, Hunter notices and gets angry. He leaves the ring looking to beat on Bryan some more. Talks shit on him, slaps him in the face, Bryan goes berserk and kicks him in the head. He runs to the ring, the ref waves it off as being okay of course. It becomes a three way. After 3 minutes or so, Dave drives Bryan down with a Batista Bomb, Hunter snatches the body out of the ring and lays some rights on him. Randall gives Dave an RKO, HHH shoves Randall off him, pins Dave, ref is confused, Steph yells at the ref to make the count. D-Bryan pulls Hunter off of Dave and they have one more exchange. It ends with Bryan knocking Hunter over the barricade into the time keeper's area. A wicked drop kick should do that. Randall focuses on Dave, Dave springs forth with a Batista Bomb, Bryan swiftly enters and knee's Dave in the face. Dave is ejected from the ring by that move, Bryan locks in the Yes Lock on Randall. The Champ taps and surrenders his crown to Daniel Bryan.

Steve Austin's migrating to New Orleans, Jim Ross will be there, and mentioning them and possible surprises, they might spend parts of the show with special appearances. That'd be neat. Maybe a Steve Austin giving a harsh stare down to HHH, a pat on the back of Bryan. Nothing that directly affects the main event, but comes off as a little treat. If they want, have Ross sit in for Undertaker and Lesnar, you never know if it could be 'Taker's actual last match.

How an eco-minded vegan grappler became pro wrestling's hottest star

Backstage at Brooklyn's Barclays Center, five hours before a late March taping of WWE's Monday Night Raw, Daniel Bryan, the unlikeliest of wrestling heroes, settles into a chair in guest host Arnold Schwarzenegger's dressing room. The hulking ex-Governator, who has yet to arrive, possesses the physique one expects to see milling about these premises. Ditto for 6'5", 235-pound, current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton, who's chatting up female competitor and E! Total Divas star Nikki Bella down the hall. Bryan, by contrast is a mere 5'8", weighs less than 200 pounds and − with his shaggy shoulder-length hair, rustic beard, flannel button-down and eco-friendly Toms shoes − looks like, say, a member of Band of Horses who showed up at the arena on the wrong day.

But make no mistake, 2014 is Bryan's time. The 32-year-old Aberdeen, Washington native, who's engaged to WWE starlet Brie Bella (also currently seen on Total Divas) and who will take on Triple H at Wrestlemania XXX on April 6th, has engineered a connection with wrestling fans unseen since Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in the late Nineties. Except where Johnson boasted about delivering smackdowns, or his contemporary, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, bragged of opening cans of whoop-ass, Bryan's popularity has spawned a much simpler, cuddlier catchphrase: "Yes!"

"When you look at Austin, if he'd happened in different eras, he would have been hated," reasons Bryan about his current zeitgeistiness. "Hulk Hogan, if he came out now saying, 'America, take your vitamins,' and he's this jacked-up dude, you would get people going, 'Wait, what? I hate this guy.' To me, it's whether you fit into the atmosphere."

Fortunately for Bryan, topics such as sustainable living and veganism, both squarely in his philosophical wheelhouse, have become part of the mainstream conversation. And with his jacked-but-not-gross-jacked physique and relatable, earthy aesthetic, as well as his presence in WWE anti-bullying campaigns and underdog appeal, Bryan has become a grassroots success — he's wrestling's first artisanal star.

But it wasn't until 2012, after almost 15 years of professional scuffling, that Bryan stumbled on his game-changing catchphrase. An avid mixed martial arts fan, he semi-satirically adopted fighter Diego Sanchez's ritualistic, pre-match repetition of "Yes!" — goofily hoisting his index fingers in the air each time he said it. Suddenly, in the tradition of Ric Flair's "Woo," Bryan had a trademark call-and-response to go along with his growing confidence and skill in the ring.

"The whole arena was chanting, 'Yes! Yes! Yes!'" Bryan recalls of the night that same year when he realized fans had latched on to his motto. "I didn't predict it; I didn't plan it. It just happened, and you feel lucky to be a part of it."

That little motivational cry has since been invoked on Twitter by the Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks and become a regular occurrence at Michigan State men's basketball games. The meme-worthiness of the phrase has helped contribute to Bryan's accruing of nearly 1.5 million Twitter followers.

And while there'll likewise always be a place in professional wrestling for decidedly inorganic muscle-bound giants, Bryan, "has broken the mold," argues his fiancée Bella. "Daniel is making not only your hardcore wrestling fan base, but your casual viewer, look at the smaller guys differently."

Bryan has been defying categorization since growing up a middle-class kid in the Pacific Northwest. His therapist mother and logger father divorced while he was a child, and he was a self-described anti-social teenager. Still, he participated in every sport his high school offered, even if he was bad at all of them. "I wasn't a great athlete," he says with a laugh. "I loved playing football, but I hated the games because it's a lot of pressure. I just loved putting on the pads and hitting my friends. If you watch dogs play, they run and they fight, but they don't fight to hurt each other. They just play. And that's been me my entire life."

In 1999, inspired by popular cruiserweight wrestlers like Dean Malenko, Bryan decided not to go to college, enrolling instead in WWE legend Shawn Michaels' Texas Wrestling Academy. After a brief fling with the big time in 2001 (he was let go following WWE's consolidation with the rival World Championship Wrestling outfit), Bryan semi-retreated back to his mother's house in Aberdeen, Washington, and signed up for classes at community college, intending to someday teach English.

But his heart was still in the squared circle. By 2002, Bryan was back touring with small indie wrestling promoters. It took eight years, and a near-career-ending detached retina, before he was called back to the WWE. It wasn't a smooth re-entry: he was fired for spontaneously choking ring announcer Justin Roberts and spitting on superstar John Cena while in character during an infamous 2010 Raw segment, only to be re-hired two months later.

If Bryan, an avid reader who recently polished off books by Malcolm Gladwell and Stephen Hawking, has learned anything from this roller coaster ride, it's the benefit of playing passenger. "You have to realize that a lot of life is just fortune and the ebbs of flows of what goes on," he says humbly.

Whether or not he emerges from Wrestlemania victorious or Yes! turns into a cultural meh, Bryan has plans for a future that's both literally and figuratively grounded. "Brie and I would like a simple organic farm that's not farming to sell stuff, but just to be self-sufficient," he explains. That's important, he adds, because "you never know what the world's gonna be like." He's proof of that.

I like Bryan because I know he knows how to wrestle at the highest level with a shitload of moves in his arsenal that he can pull out at any time. I don't like Bryan because he is a semi-vegan, looks like an average guy and cares about mainstream stuff.

If Bryan didn't exist and Tyson Kidd grew a beard and started a yes movement then we'd all be behind that for same reasons. Unfortunately Tyson is a nobody.

I know Vince has been talked about since Summerslam. lets call Stephanie a rabid dog, she can't be put down by a mere mortal, so who can put her down? That is where Daddy comes in. That is my reason and because Wrestlemania is normally the time when the bad guys get what is coming to them. I guess Hunter losing and Bryan winning is enough to break her down and watch her lose her shit, but WWE has never been nice and simple.

Yea... I realised after it was a bland view but then again I thought we've had so much shit thrown at us since the Attitude era passed that is another reason why we like him. He's no bs, not goofy or in your face look at me, he's just Bryan. If this is the Reality era then he really is the perfect top star for that. I have never bought Cena's reality, it's always come across as fake even if it isn't. You've seen corporate Cena, that guy is boring as fuck, Cena ain't being real Cena when in that ring thus he's fake. Shit, I'm finding it hard to explain stuff, I'm hungry as fuck, affecting my thought trail. Hope what I've said made some sense and just didn't add to my post count.

I've now been convinced Bray is losing, time to go change my predictions.

Alexander Rusev is looking unlikely as well now. I don't know who else to pick though lol.

I know SC mentioned RVD as a participant. I can see that since he is set to return at any time. I've no idea about the winner though. I'm trying to think, some up and comer would not make it seem so pointless. Really, if Big Show wins, what does anybody get out of that? I don't think he will win just because he is getting pushed as the winner. He was Andre son after all( WCW called him the son of Andre when he first appeared. I believed it.) so I guess it makes sense in WWE land :/. Cesaro ( lets say he is on double duty for the sake of this post), Rusev etc makes most sense to me, somebody that is/might be on the way up.

Cena and Bray. I am considering changing my prediction as well, mine in the opposite direction. I really want to go with Bray here because I'm keeping it easy again like my battle royal thoughts. There is only really one person in this match that can gain something and it is not John Cena. Actually, I think Cena can gain something from a loss. He can lose and then win some rematches later on. Give Bray his wm moment damn it. give him the win. I realise it might sound like I'm contradicting myself here, but to make it clear, I was talking about the main story when the good guy beats the bad guy. Chico.

it takes me back to Mankind and Undertaker in a way. I know not many people tohught Mankind would beat him first time round, he ended up beating him more times of course. In the end Undertaker got his back, but they did the right thing and Mankind was made in WWE. You just never know how it all would have went if Undertaker won first time. I'm trying to talk myself into betting on Bray.

He did say on his podcast that he was at least going to the Hall of Fame, and maybe attend Wrestlemania 30. So it's not really surprising. There's supposed to be a Legends of Wrestlemania show on Friday, he'd make a great addition for it. I'm still thinking he'll make a harmless appearance at Wrestlemania 30. But something tells me they would tie him into the main event by calling upon a special guest ref, which is a role the guy said has been done to death.

I saw on the Network WrestleMania Today & they announced that JBL, Hall Of Famers Mick Foley & Ric Flair would be on The Legends Of WrestleMania with Michael Cole as the host. As far as Stone Cold goes, I don't mind him coming back. He just needs to be in a better environment for the event than such crappy matches he was a part of (i.e. Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar from WrestleMania XX, Cole vs. Jerry Lawler from WrestleMania XXVII).
