Due to a generous poster here on PlantSuzy, I have have been an enthusiastically watching the Watchmen series. I was a little cautious due to how poor such attempts at adaptation/extension often are...but this is a work of genuine art. Very addictive.

And here I am coming to "rip" Watchmen.... Not really rip it but after the last 2 episodes, and only 1 left, I feel like the show has puttered out at the end.

The last 2 episodes have been Angela (Will Reeves) backstory, with a little other shit sprinkled in.... But still it was 3 episodes ago we had a group of 7th cavalry going to kill Looking Glass... And while we finally got some resolution to that we haven't seen Looking Glass; WTF!

I don't know anything about the Watchmen pre this show but I have been engaged in the story though with a lot of questions and for people like me the last 2 episodes have just really stopped the flow. If there were more episodes I wouldn't be complaining....

I am left more than a bit disappointed after my enjoyment of the show....

Last night I did happen to watch through the credits for the teaser of next weeks episode and was perplexed to see an extra scene. I was really confused at first; I thought this is an odd teaser....


Watchmen episode 8 has an Adrian Veidt-centric post-credits scene. It’s bonkers.

Farscape 20th Anniversary Blu Ray Complete Series



I have seen bits of this series but the picture quality was really only fair and I didn't stick with it. I was completely surprised when I came across this. I didn't know it had been released on blu ray. It also includes the Peacekeeper Wars mini-series conclusion to Farscape. The series was supposed to last for five seasons, but was canceled after four, ending on a cliffhanger.

I am still wondering what that place was? So we appear to have two groups that want "the child"; unless that is the child's home? That little dude in the episode seemed to imply that those were bad folks there or that that place was a magnet for bad folks? Could they just have been guarding the child?

The way the Mandalorian is going, hook city, I think we can expect a big cliffhanger at the end of the season with a lot of questions. I hope some are answered though before we get there.

Getting The Expanse Season 4. Just landed on Amazon couple of hours ago. I wasn't expecting it until after midnight. It said December 13th.

It is, as yet, not known who the people holding "the child" were.

The place is the desert planet Arvala-7.
