The quality of the file requested is not very good. I have a smaller (in total size) .wmv version of the same scene and downloaded this one in the hopes that it would be better than what I have. It turns out that my version is only smaller because it was a WMV-3 (AC-3) version of wmv and the requested one was WMV2. The requested one has a much lower bitrate despite being a larger file. (250kbs vs 2000 kbs)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that the version that I have is great by any means. I just think that it's better than the one that was originally requested.

I just converted my version of the file to .mp4. If anyone want it here it is.
