I suggest to do the job yourself.
Not only will you get some good exercise, but you will feel VERY Good
about yourself for doing a better job than the painter !
I do all the painting and construction works by myself. I save alot
of money and things look very well done. I am no "pro" but slowly
I can fix anything and I KNOW it will last longer.

I've made a lot of purchases since last I posted. However; my last purchase I bought a Fitbit Charge 5.

I recently had a physical appointment and I'm sliding well into the 'overweight' level of the BMI. My goal is to walk 3-5 days a week and eight miles each time and hopefully lose thirty pounds.

One of our appliances died suddenly and Wife and I went shopping to replace it.
We found the same item for much less than the place we thought would have the lowest price.

We decided to use the leftover money to put a good size dent in our Christmas shopping.

We also picked up a few things at the supermarket on the way home.

I suggest to make it a Habit , but a FUN Habit. Get yourself a small
dog or puppy and everyday, take it for a walk.
Teach the dog new tricks too and play around with the pet in a park throwing
a frisbee or a tennis ball. Dogs love it and you will also get exercised.

It is good exercise and the pet will also love your for taking it for a daily walk.
No matter what you look like, pets LOVE YOU just the way you are!
