If I were an admin. - I would push to get rid of this generic interface - the Simple Machines Forum application that 95% of the forums on the entire WWW use, with few modifications - and make the Planet sleek, sexy, one-of-a-kind. The refinements would go beyond mere aesthetics, facilitating real, functional enhancements. The site would be in constant evolution, influenced most highly by member input.

(duhhh...am I just blabbing the obvious...what is already going on...or just preaching to the choir? )

It would all be done by members who are IT pros/serious geeks, on a volunteer basis (I know that is a tall order but W E have faith in U S), and subsidized by donations that have been a long time coming (I'll even pony up) or even a small (would $1.99 kill anyone?), one-time compulsory registration fee...or something. We can make it happen.

It would still be "All the free porn you can handle." It will always be Planet Suzy - the most awesome site on the planet, the place our hearts and our %$#@! perpetually long to be.

I do realize, however, that there are and would be more obstacles to come. One thing immediately apparent is that people cannot transfer even a minuscule amount of mullah one time electronically, without divulging their credit information. 95%+ of end users really have no idea just what's left of what they think is they're "anonymity", whether they are surfing for porn or if they have owned a computer for a week and only frequent Disney sites, but that's beside the point. If they believe that people will find out they're being naughty, they will go to great lengths to cover it up, though they are already potentially busted x100 and just don't know it.

I, personally, could give a rat's ass and would kindly share my BigNaturals collection with the Feds, upload it to an online Jesuit convent if the gals needed some quick relief while no one's looking, whatever. But I know that a helluva lotta pornhounds on this forum at this very moment are mustering as much discretion as they can manage, with their jobs, their wives, their "good names" at stake [LOL]. Many will sneak down to the peep shows and smut shops where they can pay cash, or even mow down a working girl, before donating to PS.

That would not be Planet Suzy, but another forum with a whole different philosophy. PS is meant to be accessible by everyone and free. The very fact of having to pay even 0.01€ would turn that board into a closed and restrained comunity.

But this thread is about dreaming, so why not. Personally I would just prevent google from indexing PATM pages. It must bring a lot of money but because of that we have to use "leet naming" to protect our uploads and consequently it's very hard to find what we are looking for.

In case of a popular model who has more than 80-100 pages, this is the uploaders' worst nightmare. Because of this sometimes I have to check EVERY single goddamn posts to be sure the video or set has not been uploaded yet. If I get out of bed on the wrong side, I get angry very soon and don't post the stuff I got. (and then send some messages to GD )
I feel sorry for all the members who got warning for they ACCIDENTALLY posted anything already been posted.
Though I have to use this thing sometimes too, I know it is a very, very annoying shit.

Usually I use google to search inside planetsuzy... using the board search function if you misspell something you have to wait 30 fuckin' seconds to search again... google give you the right term and perform again the search in less than 1 second...

Leet naming + 30 sec interval search => worst uploader nightmare indeed But no possible way to change that:

30 sec => to preserve the avaibility of the search funtion
indexation from google => too much money to loose if disabled

I don't think it's ever gonna change :/

The problem is not to find one match but all possible combinaisons. For instance: A$$TeenM0uth, @SST33nMouth, 4$$Te3nM0uth or A$ST3enM0uth, A$$ Teen M0uth...?

There are so much way of naming them, that finally combined with the "30 sec between search" it's a nightmare.

Third option: hide pages from google. I guess most copyright owner search from google, and few of them actually search from the forum.

We would still get links deleted because of the few ones that find our links from the forum. But on the other side, finding material would be much more easier.

But 2 things make it impossible: like I said before because of the loss of money it would represents and the fact that we would have to edit all old posts to rename them properly (no way).
