There is and I'm sure I read that Lanksy did it with some early scenes for BLACKED/VIXEN. I want to say Eliza Jean, but can't be sure. Also, I think Belladonna did shoot a scene before she got her tattoo.

Actually, if she were spread out like that and whispered to me she needed hard cock I'd go for it. But in time she'll age and I don't think the tats will do anything for her once they are wrinkled and saggy.
