The world - indeed this forum - is a better place with ALL of you here. I know my words might be simple but they are the truth. Persist!

I fixed a broken wall with cement and bricks!
It looks good, I am not a brick layer or construction worker, but I am now ready to start a construction company ! Construction work is fun ! LOL

Party time!
I would usually consider laundry too mundane for my intentions for this thread, but working nine days in a row and adding four thrift store shirts makes for an impressive pile of laundry. Got the grass cut. Should complete some small projects in the garage today. I hope to upload the now 30 cds I've purchased recently. |

I use a variety of backgrounds, depending on the situation: sometimes something very formal like a Victorian office with mahogany furniture and an antique roll-top desk behind me, in other, less formal meetings I have used the bridge of the Starship Enterprise, the padded cell of an old lunatic asylum, etc.

Wow, has it really been this long since I accomplished something? I guess so.

Reason: Punctual cation
Here's the deal, 11 hour work days five or six days a week since my last post in this thread. Temperatures up to 109F. So, got some time off work, hope to update this page frequently very soon. For starters, I have an area of shrubs (yes, one is slightly taller than the one next to it) that the homeowners association board does not like. HOA: But wild grass is growing up under the shrubs. Me: Well, yes, I'm trying to get the shrubs established. Once they get big enough, their shade and water consumption will starve out the wild grass. So, 64 square feet of sod and an hour and a half later, Me: There, that work for you? HOA: Much better. |
