I can't stand Kofi and Rey. I hated Fandango but he isn't that annoying now he's stopped being fussy over his name. I can live with Cena, has his moments when he is just plain being an ass, but can't say I hate him.
I want to build up the Rumble list because I like to do stuff like that now. See if any of them get left out for someone better come the day, haha. So far confirmed I believe: Batista, CM Punk, Rey, Alberto, Miz, Kofi, Big E, Goldust, Cody, R-Truth, Xavier, Wade Probably add Shield, Rybaxel and Real Americans too... |

That being said, the 2013 class had nobody complaining, right? That was the most legit class in that Hall's history. Now it's back to complaining about this guy going in, and that guy. I can understand Warrior going in, because he was a success. Short term, but a success, and made the company money, for one hot minute. But he made them money. The thing is that he's amassed a large fanbase, and without it, this guy would factually be a flash in the pan. Good for him though. The dude complains about merchandise and not getting a cut of someone else's sales. Quote:
According to Savage's brother, Lanny Poffo, he'd only agree to a Hall of Fame induction if they put the brothers and their father together. I can see why they haven't given Savage the honors, because they want the focus to be all on him. With all due respect, people would completely ignore the other two. On the other hand, it's not a bad thing he wanted his family inducted with him. Until WWE gives in, Savage will keep getting snubbed. As for Owen Hart, I'm sure they want to induct him, but the only hurdle is Owen's wife. Bitter against WWE over some royalties issue, and she tried to bring a case against WWE, and either she lost, or they settled. Regardless, she hasn't budged yet. I read the Network won't have Over the Edge '99 in the library. It never was released commercially on VHS & DVD, but I do have the WWE Championship history DVD (1963-2006), and the timeline feature had the WWE title change there. Undertaker beating Stone Cold Steve Austin. I did see the show one time, a VHS recorded one. Outdated, but interesting. Quote:
All of that here is coming from Psycho Man. I don't hate Batista, there was a time where I got sick of his face run. I was high up on Edge and Jericho in 2008, then Randall in 2009. So when Batista crossed paths with those three, I hated how he would get an upper hand on them. Randall was the worst, because he beat him in a steel cage. The next night, his arm is "broken," and it turns out, he was fucking injured before the damn steel cage. That arm breaking gimmick was a write off, yet the company still felt the need to give him the WWE title knowing he was injured. The major criticism I found with him was being too injury prone. Like Rey, how many times can you get injured, come back, and still be over with a fan? For me, it gets tiring, start/stopping turns me off for the most part. There are some exceptions, but for big faces like Rey and Batista at the time, it's off putting. Then he turned heel, and everything shot up tenfold. His talking was better, it made his wrestling more tolerable, and at the time, he was mulling over an MMA run. He'd try a new submission move, I think it was some kind of armbar, but the guy was changing each passing month. It ended too soon, but I think the guy functioned as a musclehead Chris Jericho. Where he can lose 9 out of 10 matches, cut a promo, and still be super over. That's what happened with Cena, and that's why I didn't mind him losing 3 straight matches with the guy. Especially when he was on his way out in the first place, and the company loves to job a guy out before their departure. Affectionately, he can be referred to as "Botchtista." The heel turn still makes me laugh hard. However, like any part timer coming in, there's a risk at resentment, because he will come in, take a top spot, the glass ceiling for many guys continues to be unbreakable. At this time, when Daniel Bryan's on fire, white hot, and in a more sustainable, longer lasting deal than CM Punk, Batista comes in, takes the spot that Bryan should get? Yeah, that would make me not like Dave coming back. This could still happen, but I guess one has to be patient. I'd rather CM Punk or Daniel Bryan win the Royal Rumble over Dave. If he didn't make a deal with WWE now, he wouldn't come back at all, and that's because of the potential burst in success based on the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy movie. The Ryback's at it again. BURN! That was great, better than Lawler's tired insults. The intelligence criticism was not good anyways. I might've popped if The Ryback tweeted to JBL that he drew more than a nickle in main eventing with John Cena than JBL ever drew in his career. In response to Leyfield using the "million dollar body/nickle brain" remark. May Mae Young rest in peace. |

I always hated Batista. I never found him entertaining and I always thought of him as a joke.

I watched the match where Ziggler got concussed by The Ryback. Todd Phillips botched, saying "Superstar Billy Gunn." That was funny. Before the clothesline, The Ryback hit what looked like a working punch, but either that started the accumulation of head stuff, or it was just good selling.
The ref checked on Ziggler before the break, as he was flat on the floor. After the break, the match continued as normal as possible, but then this spot happened and it made me wonder. Ziggler wrestled fine, so I think he was just selling. Then the clothesline happened. I tried different speeds. He hit Shell Shock after that, and the match ended. They showed a better angle, but I had to crop the images in order to avoid the stupid graphics surrounding the footage. Different speeds from the replay. You can see blood in Ziggler's nose after the match, confirming that The Ryback stiffed him big time. Ziggler's just plain unlucky, none of the concussions were his fault. Swagger kicked him too hard, The Ryback has a history of not being a safe worker. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan suffered serious spots when working with him. I suppose for Bryan, the suplex spot with the Usos dinged him. Looking closer, his head and shoulders landed before the rest of his body did, along with the Usos. Maybe it didn't help that he got superkicked and planted with Sister Abigail in the opening segment. Only to come back less than 2 hours later and wrestle again, in a steel cage no less. |

As for Batista, I don't hate the guy, but I was never a fan of his, either. He did get a little more entertaining after that heel turn, but I don't really like his slow, plodding wrestling style. That's mainly what it comes down to for me, and why I don't like Orton either. Plus there's the idea that he's one of those guys who just came into wrestling to make money, and left the first chance he could to go do something else (Lesnar, Goldberg, etc.) |

my fuck Batista comment was because of the Bryan ending when I was on the edge. Not to be taken literally, although I'd still have Bryan winning RR over him. I don't think that is where they are going.

I'm a fan and am interested to see what he does. I wouldn't mind if I was the only fan here. everybody liking the same people and not liking the same people FTL. I watched a tmz video of Hogan talking about Warrior getting in the hof. everybody has done a 180 ( we're in the money, we're in the money) he said Warrior is a good choice and he is a good guy. I guess they kissed and made up only never released it on youtube Maybe they are saving that for the WWE dvd. Hogan to induct Warrior. I'd pop for that. He said the WWE Network is going to body slam ESPN. He should have said leg dropped. Kids will not want to go to school any more. He is down with the Network. see ya soon Hulk. |
