I am sorry but I can't watch Young Sheldon. My sisters love it. I find the kid to be a little spoiled rotten monster who needs a big whooping! Kids will watch that show and get bad influence from him.

Two Stephen King Halloween themed mini-series. Watched Salem's Lot ('79) yesterday. Ok series, only ok.

Today I am watching The Stand ('94), just got the newly released blu ray. Quite a cast: Gary Sinise, Rob Lowe, Molly Ringwald, Laura San Giacomo, Ray Walston, Ed Harris (I didn't even recognize Rob Lowe)....and a cameo, bit more than a cameo, by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, also Stephen King himself. I am only halfway through the series but this is much better. The cast and the individual character stories merging together make this really entertaining.

Synopsis: One man escapes from a biological weapon facility after an accident, carrying with him the deadly virus known as Captain Tripps, a rapidly mutating flu that - in the ensuing weeks - wipes out most of the world's population, though a handful have an immunity.

Just watched the first 2 episodes of Watchmen. I don't know anything about the comics so I don't have anything else to judge this by but the series.

I like a good puzzle series and so far this is a really good puzzle series; really good. I have a lot of guesses about where things are going but I will just repeat the final words of episode 2: What The Fuck?

It's pretty good. I'm not the biggest superhero fan in the world, but I'm on board.

Jack Ryan, the second season that just came out today. I watch the entire thing. It's okay but I wonder how many international laws they broke. Also, won't the people who made this get in trouble for using a real foreign country instead of just making one up?

Doesn't that also describe the grown up Sheldon from Big Bang Theory? I've only seen a few episodes, but that's the impression I got of him.

Just watched Veronica Mars (Season 4) against my will! I was tricked. The DVD led me to believe it was Season One, as that is what the DVD calls it, though in parentheses is (2019) It seems Hulu considers this a reboot and a new series even though it has all of the original characters etc....

I had been in the mood to see season 1 of the original though pleasantly surprised. The movie sucked and it was really nice to see the old group of characters back together again with a mystery.

misleading case, though glad I got to see this; Really Really solid; as good as the original, imo. Only 8 episodes though. Rotten Tomatoes gives the season 89%.

The Morning Show
Drama about the TV-world with Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. Both are mostly known for comedy and romcom, but this time it's very serious, and it's very clear they both enjoy it. Steve Carell has a smaller part as a morning TV host who can't understand why he was fired for sleeping with the staff. Jennifer Aniston is his co-host who is struggling to stay in control.
