Hate to tell you this, Alexora, but that's not the legal position, and it's a good thing or pornos would have been shut down in the 70s when the prosecutors tried to arrest some porn stars on that basis. And I'd agree that there's a subtle difference, too -- is someone playing a doctor on film arrestable for impersonating a doctor? That's a more extreme example but not utterly incorrect, either. Performing an action before a camera does have a difference from doing it for other reasons. Not the least of which is, you usually get paid a hell of a lot more.

Yeah, there was an absolutely gorgeous girl, Stephanie Adams (here's some of her stuff), back in the late 80s, early 90s (yeah, I know, I'm dating myself), who started out in modelling and went into porn. Gorgeous face, beautiful, big, natural tits, great figure and legs.
