I stopped uploading to that server when I started to feel ashamed every time I posted a link to it.
damn shame, because it was actually a decent host until the megaupload debacle. |

I sent a complaint and inquiry to FF and all they told me was that I may want to consider getting a premium account because they are being given priority over free users.
So for free users of FF, sadly I think you'd be better off just giving up for the time being unless you want to upgrade .

FileFactory Customer Support Mar 21 • Announcements As you probably noticed THEY have launched a new version of our site. Because of the number of changes THEY have made, it is quite likely that there are / will be some things which do not function properly. Here's a list of currently known bugs which THEY are working on: Download pages showing up blank - we are currently working on resolving this issue - fixed JDownloader is currently not compatible with FileFactory - as we changed the layout of our pages, the people who make and update JDownloader will have to change their program in order for it to work. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this as JDownloader has nothing to do with our company. If you need to use a download manager please try DownThemAll! which is a free FireFox browser plugin which works well. Remote uploads do not work for free members, but do work for Premium members. However only the first 5 remote uploads are added for Premium members. We are working on fixing this - remote uploads are now fixed for free and Premium members Downloaders sometimes receive a message saying that their IP address is blocked or they tried to bypass our systems - this message should not be appearing and we are doing our best to fix it - This message will appear if you get the captcha wrong several times within a short duration. If you are trying to use an application like JDownloader or Mipony, they may be submitting the captcha incorrectly due to our redesign. This will continue happening until they update their plugins. Please do not report this issue if you are using ANYTHING other than your web browser to download files. Some people may have trouble downloading files due to an error with the captcha - sometimes the captcha does not respond or work - we are working on fixing this ASAP Some people may have problems signing up for a free or Premium account due to the captcha error - if this happens please try another browser The torrent downloader is currently not functioning. We have had a new torrent downloader written and we are working on implementing this FTP upload servers not working - FTP servers are now fixed There is / was a bug on our Premium page stating that Premium storage levels are 2TB - this is not correct. Premium users have unlimited storage - fixed bug on Premium page falsely stating storage limits for Premium members Exporting links in the file manager to CSV feature is currently missing / not working. We will re-enable this shortly - fixed. A new link called "CSV Export" has been added to the top-right of the file manager, near the "Full Screen" link. Direct Downloads not working - Direct Downloads feature is now fixed source Anonym zu support.filefactory.com/home |

If I use MiPony, I get into an endless CAPTCHA loop.
If I use the browser, it keeps telling me that the slots are full for free users. I appreciate any and all files, but I don't like having to repeatedly check just to find that I still can't download. that is a little aggravating. |

Its meant to be used sparingly so its not made useless so what ever you request make it THE SPECIAL ONE... As to how often you should request...i'd go by how many others are using the service but wouldn't abuse by requesting everything if very few are http://veterperementour.ru/t205632-updown...-requests.html |

RATSHIT(RS) and while it was a pain in the ass compared to the previous era of mediafire concurrent files at 1GB & MU at 700kb I've found this strange thing happening that I'm actually watching what I download at the time its finished instead of collecting for some future date which never comes. I'm more inclined to actually be selective about what I watch Of course there are downsides...i'll leave that for the eternal whinger tribe |

I had been about to say, don't ever use, or upload to, FileFactory they're fraudulent. But, it turns out they're ludicrously underpowered. So, don't ever use or upload to FileFactory.
As a Free User, this happened over and over. You type click "Download" button. You fill out the ReCaptcha. You wait 30 seconds. You click "Download" button again. But you get: Quote:
Either way, if you're an uploader, AVOID FILEFACTORY. THEY'RE NON-FUNCTIONAL. Use oron or filedeposit or i-filez or anything else, but not FileFactory. |
