Ah Thank You for responding HiTrack99,
.Net FrameWork 4 is exactly what the notification says it needs. as soon as i click on the " go to DownloadPage " it goes to Microsoft but no specific page just the main page and i dont have a clue as what to do next because its mostly commercial en barely any form of menu. |

There are several other programs that will grab screen shots for you if you can't get Image Grabber to work. (I had a problems with that program for a while... works now, don't know how I "fixed" it.)
Anyway... Media Player Classic GOM Player Video Thumbnails Maker by Scorp All of them work very well. |

I wouldn't mess with the .net stuff just for imagegrabber, others like media player classic work fine like pockets says.

It usually is updated in Windows Update anyway, so I'd make sure you're up to date

Download and install ffdshow and a newer beta version Imagegrabber 2.0, that works in 32/64 bit versions of windows 7 and 8 http://sites.google.com/site/imagegrabber2/ http://sourceforge.net/projects/ffdshow/ |
