i would help but don't have a login for that site

like most sites it could be flash so have you tried FVD Video Downloader or Media file downloader both for firefox and chrome.

now if not flash you need a RMsucker which i use on them JWplayer sites.

if need a sucker use this one i use just click the helper and reload the page with the player on and it should find the video file and start downloading it.
