The default folder icon will change to a Control Panel icon, and you can open it to view all of the settings.

Basically it's like the settings control panels, but it's presented/centralized in a single list

IMO this God Mode is not that useful and does not give you any special privileges or control beyond what you already have as an admin.

Even in the regular control panel, you can search for what you need if you can't find it in the list.
