Now would be a good time to upgrade, version 3.6 is scheduled for end of life on April 24th. That means no support and no more security updates. 3.6.28 will be the final release.

Don't you lose security updates? In my mind, an update should only improve the previous version. The exceptions are in hardware and OS's, though. Look at Windows, with each new version, I wonder why it released an OS that still needs to be fixed.
In other words, a browser update is not as harmful as a softwaare update.

It doesn't really matter, you have a good browser version. As long as you are safe and it "ain't broke."
