Yes and no. I am never embarassed, but I feel kinda bad. I think too much porn can not be good for mental health and I certainly look at too much (in my opinion). But I also feel proud that I know so many pornstars and so many things abut them. All in all I think it's a personal spiritual thing. Not embarrassed by it. Almost everyone watches porn. There will be exceptions, but those are rare.

I would say my concern is a bit in how it might change my perception of sex and women. Like I occasionally catch myself in thoughts that I wonder are related to my porn consumption.

One example is frustration when a mainstream model or actress doesn't have a sufficiently slutty image. Then I realize, wait a second, why would she? Oh right, I expect this because I am used to porn stars!
