As usual, the picture quality is superb, but the film has been shortened (cut). This is a film that I was seeking for a long time, and which I haven't seen posted anywhere before. Moanie Meunier (Olivia Flores?) arrives and seduces everyone, including giving Thierry a blowjob in a tent on a busy beach, fucking an anonymous biker in front of him and taking Dawn onto a fishing boat where Dawn has sex with two fishermen (Brendan Reed and Jacques Gateau). There is lots of partner swapping, and also flashbacks of Karine's past, e.g. a drunken biker gang bang (also used in La Grande Baise). ******************************************* My notes I saw a trailer for this film a while back and went looking for the video, but I hadn't been able to locate a copy until recently, when it was finally re-issued on DVD. It was worth the wait. There is plenty of hot sex here, but there is also some real drama, with believable characters and emotional roller coasters. Not all of the sex scenes are entirely erotic, and the overly flirtatious and manipulative Ange adds a sinister element to some of them. Thankfully there is humor mixed in also. I love just about anything with Dawn Cumming, who won my heart in Kinky Ladies of Bourbon Street (and Sensations, though she gets far too little screen time). Dawn has several sex scenes in this film, and she is as sexy as ever. The opening scene has a surprise ending, and I'm not going to spoil it for you. If you've already read the synopsis at Egafd before seeing the film, shame on you -- you ruined the surprise. This is from the heyday of classic French porn, when budgets were still relatively big and the multi-talented founders were working together. Cinematography, camera work, editing and production values in general are all excellent. There are quite a few outdoor scenes, with beautiful scenery, especially of the French coastal town where much of this was shot. There is lots here for motorcycle enthusiasts (and fetishists). One sex scene shows a couple screwing on a motorbike outdoors, while another includes three drunken male bikers in black leather, gang-banging Karine Gambier in a garage. I did not recognize Olivia Flores -- if it is indeed her in the role of Ange -- although I have seen Olivia in several films from the early 80's. It seems odd that she would do only one porn film in 1976, then re-appear after five years, in 1981. Check out her gallery at Egafd and decide for yourself. There is obviously some resemblance, but I'm still not convinced it's her: http://egafd.com/actresses/gallery.php/id/o0003 IMDb lists "Joan Keller" in addition to Dawn Cumming, but they are the same actress. Dawn also appeared in at least one magazine article as "Joan Koehler", and Lasse Braun called her by the name "Joan" in the film French Blue. A reviewer of Change of Partners at IMDb mentions that the English-dubbed version he watched (presumbly American-made) starred "Joan Keller, Barbara Collins and Catherine Rover." Catherine is probably a pseudonym for Karine Gambier, so "Barbara Collins" must be Moanie/Ange. Trivia: the heart shaped sunglasses that Ange wears throughout the film is a sort of homage IMO to Stanley Kubrick's 1962 film version of Lolita:  Ange may not be quite so young as Lolita, but she is just as dangerous.
