Two things

1. I see several reasons.....piracy, self-promotion platforms and tiredness of the directors. The first two points are self-explanatory. But I also think that long-standing directors no longer make any financial commitments or no longer seem fresh in any way.

Mason was the star of the 2010s but has only been doing the bare minimum for years. No more big showcases, no more theme scenes...only about 3 b/g scenes with low budget guys per month. The same applies to Jules Jordan. He has dropped everything that made him a big star. No more spectacular scenes, no more series. Just his crumpled old ass and his little noodle in every scene. It doesn't matter if anyone still wants to see it - at least it's cheap.
