On any given day my top 20 would change drastically.
Three that have been at or near the top for decades now: A Matter of Life and Death (Powell & Pressburger. 1946) What Dreams May Come (Vincent Ward. 1998) An American In Paris (Vincente Minnelli 1951) I couldn't choose an absolute top 3/5/10/20 if you put a gun to my head.

Not sure it even gets in my top 10...
But heck, I thoroughly enjoyed "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood" It really is a unique movie, and the 1969 reconstruction is just perfect (with no use of CG, no less!) I love that the movie pretty much has little to no plot...it literally is just a character study, and I loved it! Gonna watch it again soon!
