There is no doubt that RNM targeting exists. Some people don't know they're being targeted because they write it off as their mind playing tricks on them. The number of victims don't lie.

I wouldn't go as far as to people primitive but unaware of the true atrocities that were initially funded and perfected by governments with deep pockets and t3echnology.

Now it's groups of organized hate and large corporations using humans as targeted guinea pigs and test subjects. Call me as a bluff but focused radios targeting human brains is a fact. Who's behind each individuals harassment varies. There are big time whistleblowers who get targeted by their respective corporations and others that are not government related.

My understanding was immensely improved this week by Marjorie Taylor Greene who blew the whistle on Joe Biden's plans to steal the upcoming US election by controlling the weather and wiping out Republican States with hurricanes and typhoons and floods.

Conveniently her supporters ignored obvious questions raised by these statements like why is this tech not used to solve drought, put out wild fires etc etc? Presumably because there's no point letting common sense get in the way of a helpful narrative.

I'm sure nerds and swots all over the place are trying to figure out how to use sound waves and microwaves and gamma rays to wipe each other out. When you consider how many wars are going on and what kinds of weapons are being used you can see how successful all that has been.

When you consider the likelihood of all this stuff consider this first and foremost.
The world is still using bullets and bombs not rail guns and lasers.
