I just came up with a brilliant, however possibly not practical.

For those who have ugly teeth, I could design a "Grill" that would have an lcd screen which you could load with any teeth to visualize. At Halloween, you could have fangs. If your teeth are just plain ugly or missing, you could feature a perfect pair of teeth. Alternatively, you could feature ugly broken teeth for a costume. The sky is the limit!

Since this is 'your most practical inventions', mine revolve around automobiles. Mine was a series of improvised tools designed to tune a Holley 750HP double pumper carburetor with the air cleaner still on after 'hot lapping' a circle track car using a spark plug wire insulator with a Holley screw driver jammed inside it. That way you could avoid burning your hand on a super hot race engine while making final adjustments. The worst I've ever seen was a carb throttle return spring looped around an upper hose clamp on a small block Chevrolet engine in a hot rod I was restoring.
