Giovannaldi sleeps with every woman in sight while managing to bilk the national health system, become a partner in a new clinic, and generally cheat and lie his way to the top. Tito Carpi's script is more clever than usual, Massaccesi's direction is assured, and the film in general is far more entertaining than Dr. T & the Women. Paola Senatore co-stars with Massimo Serato and Mario Carotenuto. Exploitation buffs will recognize horror regulars Daniela Doria, Lorraine de Selle, and Dirce Funari among the above-average cast.
