DVD9 Rip Split Choppy Playback
some VOB Files in DVD9 are Choppy when played back After Splitting the Scenes
Ive Read that it's an FPS Issue so will Re Encoding Individual Files Help? |

You could try re-encoding it in Handbrake.

That would seem to be a playback (ie: computer or media player) issue and not a file issue, unless the file is corrupted in some way. If it's corrupted, reencoding would likely fix the playback issue, but whatever bits are bad would be discarded, so it would likely appear to skip or jitter in those areas.
Lets start with details about what is actually happening. The source of the files. How the files were processed. How they are being viewed. etc. |
