Looking for AI Enhancement Freeware
... but the software I'm seeing (Topaz, or, CyberLink PowerDirector, for example), my laptop specs don't quite meet.
Anyone out there know of a such a program, that will enhance video, that doesn't require boffo specs? My specs (and yes, it's an old laptop, but it purrs like a kiitten...: Win10, 64-bit Processor: AMD A8-7410 with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics RAM: 8gb DirectX: DirectX 12 other specs available upon request... Thanks.

... or, if there's no software that falls within my specs above, if anyone out there has an AI upscaling program, I'm looking to upscale several short (1:00 - 1:30 range) videos...

You might try one of the other guys who have dedicated threads for upscaling. Maybe they can do it for you?

Update: Found and downloaded Nero AI Video Upscaler from the MS Store... tried it with a video. Seems to do what I need it to do...
