After a man goes blind while thinking of his lost girlfriend. The doctors
can't find anything wrong with his eyes, so they fit him with an experimental
device which allow him to see with the aid of brain electrodes & a computer
interface...Meanwhile, a taxi driver who's not a doctor, takes women to their
apartments, gassing them & then performing fatal amateur surgery on them.
Their paths inevitably converge & the blind man tries to stop the psychopath...
