Hey, I'm new to this program. I was trying to experiment with converting this video of Jessica Nigri (as you can easily see in screen cap below. I cropped tightly around her and was attempting to see how it looks even more sharper in 8K quality. You can the settings on the side, but it keeps stopping in error, and the video is only 10 seconds long.

Can someone please help me to understand what I'm doing wrong?

This is usually not meant to be an error message by FFmpeg, but rather a warning that you're trying to convert a format with limited color range to one with full color range. It seems like Topaz doesn't know this, thinks it's an error of some type that's not expected by the developer and there's no exception handling for it. Hence the "unknown" error.

This commonly happens to people when trying to save individual video frames as JPEG, with the original video using a limited color range and the JPEG output uses full color range. Topaz allows exporting individual frames as JPEG, are you trying to do that?

No I didn't notice if that was an important detail to adjust. I'm trying to make a hot HQ vid of Jessica cropped tightly around her as you see there. Can you please tell me what to do there specifically about the frames?

Also, scroll down in Topaz please and show me what you've selected as output settings. It's on the bottom of the menu on the right.
