If there is a hashtag with the post you can use Instgram's search. Since Instagram has blocked many search engines from indexing their content you would need to use a search engine that is not blocked. Yandex is one of the search engines which is not blocked by Instagram from indexing all the content. Most other search engines can only display results if you search for the name of the Instagram account.
