What happens when my uploaded content is taken down for DMCA etc.?

I have some great scenes that are nowhere to be found with active links neither here nor on similar forums, so I'd maybe like to share some, but that company is very fast in taking that stuff down, so I'd like to know what happens to me then as the uploader? Of course I'd like to share but not to the prize of getting into legal troubles. Thank you.

That rather depends how 'determined' the company is.

In most cases here DMCA requests result in the content being removed from the relevant post automatically, and the post reading 'Content removed at request of claimed rights holder.'

The sites listed in rule 13 here: http://veterperementour.ru/announcement.php?f=45 have been known to push for the uploader to receive either a temporary, or permanent, ban at PlanetSuzy, and presumably other forums.

Your content will also likely be removed from any filehost(s) you have used.

If paysites manage to identify your accounts at their site, then you will be banned there, and they may well seek further action - it all depends whether they consider the costs involved in catching you worth the benefits.

Thank you for this answer, it certainly helps. So you're saying they only seek further action if/when they can identify your account data from your account on their site? So can they not get the IP from the hoster like zippyshare and then try to sue you? I'm currently debating if I can upload only with normal VPN instead of VPN + socks5 VPN since it's significantly faster but ofc if it's not save I won't risk it.
