Ya I get this also... Its the latest PHP update that causes it on some browsers.....
Servers that have installed the latest PHP update will have users experiencing this if they are on certain browsers... It only affects older browsers...... What I dont understand is: IT WAS WORKING FINE ON ALL BROWSERS.. WHY CHANGE SOMETHING THAT WORKS FINE FOR ALL AND THEN CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR NO BLASTED REASON??? |

The developers are not causing problems for "no blasted reason". Software is developed and websites changed for a variety of reasons. . In many cases it is done to give enhanced "experiences" on websites such as the ability to view HD video, or high quality audio or increased security (for examples). This is the reason that that the web browsers we use, be it Firefox, IE or any of the others also develop.. If these changes were not made, then users - you and I - would no doubt complain and moan (and post grumpy comments in forums) that the latest technology was not available. We would also be still using Firefox 1.0 or whatever... Unfortunately, as new technologies develop at one end, the browser developers have to try and keep up. It is easy to invent something. Making it work in an existing market is the hard bit - especially in software where all the various bits have to work alongside each other. Sadly there is usually an overlap or backlog in such development. Changes are not made just to confound us, the users. We would all complain if the technology never moved on. P.S. No need to SHOUT.... |
