You could use Faststone Photo Resizer to rename the pictures in bulk and use Picasa (it's still around, just not via Google any more) to further organise, index and view through the folders and pictures in a more efficient way than Windows Explorer can. Auslogics Duplicate File Finder will help you identify photos you already have and will help save hard drive space.

As for naming folders; in my opinion it's usually better to have a folder for each pornstar and then sub-folders within, by website. But bulk renaming/resizing pictures isn't the best thing to do if you're serious about having an authentic collection.
